Mahsum Nuhoğlu was born in 1987 in Mardin, Turkey. He has extensive experience in international oil trading and leverages his comprehensive field expertise, strong commercial insight, and strategic vision to transform regional trade into sustainable, high-value global partnerships.

Throughout his career, Nuhoğlu has served as a shareholder and senior executive in various companies, including V Gaz Petrol and LPG Products Marketing Industry and Trade Ltd. and Nuhoğlu Tasarım Yapı Construction Export Trade Ltd., where he led corporate structuring, strategic growth, and sustainable development initiatives across the energy, construction, and international trade sectors.

He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of ATLAS FUEL OIL, headquartered in Dubai, overseeing international operations along the Turkey–Kazakhstan–Dubai trade corridor. In this role, he focuses on effective representation in global markets, strategic partnership development, and sustainable growth, with the aim of positioning the company as a highly competitive, reliable, and reputable global brand.

Fluent in Arabic, Nuhoğlu plays an active and influential role in business and institutional relations across the Middle East. His management philosophy emphasizes trust, stability, and long-term value creation, with a focus on delivering enduring, large-scale projects in the energy sector.
